Management Team
We are a team of highly qualified professionals in the field of alternative investment fund formation. We combined our legal, financial and operational skills to create a digital platform that will help fund managers and business angels establish funds faster and easier.
Due to our background, we deeply understand the needs of emerging fund managers, so we designed our platform as a more cost-effective and accessible solution for them.
Vlad has more than 20 years of experience as a legal professional practising in the field of the formation of venture capital funds and investment vehicles. His recent projects include consultation of founders of venture builder in the EU, coordination of VC fund formation in the Cayman Islands, and advising a client on the re-domiciliation of a private equity fund from Guernsey to Mauritius. He is an expert of the Eurasian Alternative Investments Club.
Vlad decided to capitalize on his experience with an aim to create a global platform, which would let fund managers establish funds in different jurisdictions in a smarter and digital way saving their time and money.
Prior to joining FundStarter Michael gained an experience in various areas of the investment and banking industries in international financial organizations (ABN Amro, FIMGroup) and investment companies.
Michael is an independent consultant who helps to set up the best fund structure and launch alternative investment funds, including hedge funds, private equity funds and family offices. For now, Michael has played a role in the launch of over 30 AIF structures of various kinds, in various jurisdictions, for a wide array of purposes.
Also, Michael is the Managing Director & Founder of the Eurasian Alternative Investments Club (former MHFMC).
